Heroes Spoilers: Lizards - Season 2, Episode 2 Spoilers

Heroes Spoilers Ahead ... This is the Heroes Spoilers blog for Season 2, episode 2 of Heroes on NBC TV. The table having been set in Episode 1 of this season, Lizards picks up and starts to advance the story. As usual, WARNING: Heroes Spoilers ahead, so stop reading now if you do not want to know the future of the Heroes series ... blah, blah, blah ...

Jessica / Nikki Heroes Spoilers: The dual personality Jessica / Nikki is back and bad, next week. She teams up with the Company soon for more mayhem.

Five Heroes spoilers clips have been leaked and posted below. The clips plus additional spoilers include:

  • Mrs. Bennett Heroes Spoilers: In the first clip we see Mrs. Bennett has not been totally lobotomized by her mind-wipe at the hands of the Haitian super-hero memory eraser in season 1. In fact, she is quite lucid and in control. The surreal dinner in Four Months Later (season 2, episode 1) really meant she was quizzing the family on how well they performed at being inconspicuous, not mindless conversation. H.R.G., Noah Bennett, reveals to her that he now has discovered eight paintings by Isaac the now dead future painter, and these paintings also predict disasters to come. One has come true already, the fall from the building roof by Kaito Nakamura, Hiro's dad.

  • Hiro and Takezo Kensei Heroes Spoilers: Hiro and Kensei are back in ancient Japan. Hiro now has his plan to get the timeline of history back on track. Kensei must fall in love with the princess. Not shown, but also coming up is his communication through time with Ando who goes back home to Japan. We also learn more about Kensei's power and ingenuity.

  • Mohinder + THE Haitian Heroes Spoilers: Mohinder the clueless double agent is given an assignment by the Company man to go to "Port-au-Prince" - the largest city in Haiti. The implication being that Mohinder is supposed to retrieve the Haitian super-hero mind wiper of Heroes season 1. Not shown in the clip is the Heroes spoiler that the Haitian gets to speak a whole lot more in Heroes season 2.

  • West and Claire Heroes Spoilers: peeping tom Heroes heart-throb West is trying to talk Claire into reading Chandra Suresh's genetics book, i.e. Lizards, but Claire is not taking the bait. She thinks she can keep her secret powers secret from West. Of course he knows already.

  • Peter Petrelli Heroes Spoiers: Peter now is prisoner of the gangsters in Ireland. The gangsters want their IPods! Peter wants his memories.

Future episodes Heroes Spoilers: Sylar in a Candace-induced fantasy land. West finally flies Claire to the Hollywood sign. The Haitian and H.R.G. Noah Bennett team up.

Heroes Spoilers Clues - Five Years Later / String Theory, Season 1, Episode 20

This is the five years in the future Heroes TV spoilers blog and clues blog for Heroes String Theory, aka Five Years Later - Heroes season 1, episode 20 from NBC TV. It was a grim look at the future, but the Heroes spoilers are that it was a string theory working the plan to kill Sylar drawn by Isaac the future painter - finally a hero.

Best dialog - Ando and Hiro: Go talk to yourself ... No way ... I scare me.

Chapter 20 was about the future as drawn by Isaac. Although the bomb had exploded (Peter did it, so he thinks), the string of time is still playing out. Isaac drew Mohinder injecting the Haitian in the neck. At the critical time, Mohinder does that, fulfilling his destiny and redeeming his soul. The next part of the future string is Hiro stabbing Sylar, and the Heroes spoilers are that the remaining episodes will follow the path to that critical event.

(Peter meets Sylar)

In the "future" we see who turns out good, and who is bad. The easy one is Matt the clueless mind reader, both bad and clueless 'till the end, doing the bidding of the evil "President" who turns out to be Sylar disguised as Nathan. He kidnaps Claire and hand delivers her to Nathan/Sylar. The Haitian mind eraser also seems to be in league with Matt. Mohinder is pretty ambiguous. Clueless, until the end, when he carries out his destiny. Who was good? HRG - Mr. Bennett - surprise! He saves some kids with powers from Matt. Nikki/Jessica, Peter Petrelli the power sponge, Hana the Israeli Mossad super spy.

The final three episodes are:

  • The Hard Part
  • Landslide
  • How To Stop An Exploding Man - The season 1 finale of Heroes

    Heroes Spoilers: Season 1, Episode 19 - ".07%"

This is my preliminary Heroes TV Show Spoilers blog spoilers summary for the post-break Episode 19 of Heroes. The title has been leaked as ".07%" or 7 per-cent as some say (more correctly 7 hundredths of a per-cent). The NBC broadcast schedule has this episode set for initial broadcast April 23, 2007. But a lot of spoilers have rolled out, so we can provide some suspense relief... As usual, stop reading blah blah blah if you do not want to know the futures of Heroes ...

H.R.G., Matt the mindreader and Ted the radioactive guy Heroes Spoilers: They are all in custody of Primatech Paper - the company, of PrimatechPaper.com fame. There the ambiguously evil honcho portrayed by Eric Roberts and his hench person sly shape shifting Candace have a plan. However, they do not plan on Matt's stunning recovery from cluelessness and again this episode Matt uses Heroes super power to get something done. This time he uses it to aid in H.R.G.'s escape escape, memories in tact.

Major Nathan and Linderman Heroes Spoilers ahead. Watch out ... Nathan was last seen in the Corinthian Las Vegas Hotel (CorinthianLasVegas.com) speaking with Linderman in the kitchen of the Corinthian. He is deciding whether to shoot, and electes to put down the gun.

Nathan Confronts Linderman over brussel sprouts.
How does Nathan escape from the kitchen? The answer, he leaves with Linderman, and Linderman keeps up his yada yada about Nathan rising to a "heartbeat" away from the presidency. To seal the deal, Linderman gives Nathan a tour of his private collection, the very same art collection we revealed weeks ago here at the Heroes TV Show Spoilers blog. Follow the link to view the Heroes-Linderman-Corinthian art collection.

Big Linderman spoilers reveal: In the gallery Linderman taunts Nathan with the visions of Isaac Mendez, and Nathan confronts Linderman over the painting of the explosion in New York. Linderman replies ambiguously that it does show the way to a brighter future. Linderman it seems is a megalomaniac, using any means to his evil end. Another big spoilers reveal .... Linderman has powers too, and he runs an organization of other Heroes with super powers. Linderman in the penultimate moment reveals the painting readers of this blog saw weeks ago - Nathan standing on the carpet in the oval office of the White House - in an Isaac the future painter painting. So, Linderman's twisted vision of Nathan arriving a "heartbeat" from the presidency, is that a lot of people must die... so many that Nathan winds up at the top of the order of succession.

Peter Heroes spoilers: Linderman also ambiguously hints that it is not Peter who causes the explosion in New York. A good article on a preview of the spoilers is at ComicBook Resources

Peter and Sylar Heroes Spoilers: When last seen in "Parasite", Chapter 18 of Heroes, Peter and Sylar were facing off, with Mohinder dangling from the ceiling watching. Peter does live, but one spoiler from eonline.com columnist Kristin, is that Peter's head gets shaved, and he gets the scar foretold by future Hiro. Sylar flies, out a window...

In case you missed it, here is a promo spoilers trailer for episode 19:

Heroes Spoilers - "Run" Season 1, Episode 15

This is my Heroes spoilers blog for the next episode of Heroes - Season 1, Episode 15. The spoilers - y title is very meaningful, “Run”. Heroes heroes are on the run in this episode. As usual, lots of spoilers here blah blah blah so if you want to remain in suspense until the broadcast, stop reading now ...

Some Matt spoilers: Matt the mind reading suspended police officer needs to support his expectant wife, so takes a job as a bodyguard for an attorney Aron Malsky. Not many attorneys need bodyguards, so that is a real clue that something is wrong with that picture. However, Matt our Heroes hero I regret to say often is clueless and this is no exception. The attorney he works for is none other than Linderman’s thug who sprang Jessica/Nikki from prison in Heroes Distractions, season 1, episode 14, last week. Of course moral Matt catches on and finds himself the potential target of Linderman’s newest assassin – none other than Jessica. This puts Matt on the Run.

Jessica Spoilers: See above – Linderman having sprung her from jail now turns her out as an assassin over the heated objection of good superhero Nikki. She tosses Matt out the window and he puts a gun to her head. See it in the end of the preview below.

Mohinder Suresh Spoilers: Talk about clueless. Mohinder, the keeper of the top secret list of Heroes super heroes finds someone to trust as his new best friend. Unfortunately that turns out to be serial killer super heroes un-hero Sylar – who’s first victim was Mohinder’s father. Of course Mohinder has no idea. He knows someone named Sylar killed his dad, but does not have a photo. When he finds out, Mohinder is on the run.

Nathan spoilers: continues his quest to find Peter his flying brother, and run from his flaws.

Claire the indestructible Cheeleader spoilers: Meridith and Nathan, Claire’s bio father meet, and Claire plays hide and seek … Maybe just like in the NBC promotional photo with Claire crouched behind the car, but not directly confronting him ... ;)

Hiro Heroes Spoilers: Hiro and trusty (?) Ando continue on their quest for the sword. Of course, they are distracted by the beautiful damsel in distress. It turns out she packs a punch - literally speaking, which Hiro receives right in the kisser. Why the question mark after "trusty" for Ando? More to come on that point ... A hint is, Ando is loyal to Hiro, but who else too? That was revealed in Distractions. Think cologne.

Here is the official NBC press release spoilers for Heroes chapter 15, season 1:

“AS MATT AND SURESH FACE GRAVE DANGER, “

Matt from Jessica and Suresh from Sylar.

“THE SCANDALOUS TRUTH ABOUT CLAIRE'S REAL FATHER IS REVEALED -- CHRISTOPHER ECCLESTON ("DR. WHO") AND JESSALYN GILSIG ("NIP/TUCK") GUEST STAR -- While the scandalous truth about Claire's real father is revealed, her adoptive mother (guest star Ashley Crow) faces a crisis. Matt (Greg Grunberg) takes a job as a bodyguard for a crooked attorney (guest star Aron Malsky), which puts him in the crosshairs of Linderman's new assassin. “

That assassin is Jessica / Nikki, Heroes dual personality.

“Hiro (Golden Globe nominee Masi Oka) and Ando (guest star James Kyson Lee) return to Las Vegas to find the sword, but get sidetracked by a damsel in distress (guest star Missi Pyle). “

    She packs a punch.

“Meanwhile, Simone (Tawny Cypress) turns to some unlikely help in her and Nathan's (Adrian Pasdar) struggle to find Peter (Milo Ventimiglia).”

    Have fun!

Heroes Episode Summary: "Distractions", Chapter 14, Season 1

Hiro confronting his "distractions" in "Distractions"

    *Updated*

This is my Heroes TV Show Spoilers blog episode summary and spoilers clues for Chapter 14 of Heroes, Distractions - Season 1, Episode 14.

First, the obvious. One spoiler we repeatedly forecast was that Claire the cheerleader meets her biological mother with huge trepidation and wonder, as seen in the photo. And that happened, right in the trailer park, as Meridith and Claire bonded. Zach accompanied Claire to the trailer, but had the good sense to stand back as the superhero titans met, avoiding the possible fireworks, literally, after all dear old Mom is a very unstable firecracker ... er firestarter.

The big reveals of this episode were:

    • Jessica / Nikki now is in Linderman's pocket
    • Peter can remember powers
    • H.R.G. thought Claude was dead
    • Claire's biological father...

Nathan, Peter’s womanizing flying politician brother turns out to be as bad as everyone thought. The spoilers were a bit off on this one, but Nathan is Claire’s biological father, not H.R.G. or Linderman. That makes sense, since we already have seen infidelity from him, a clue to his checkered past. His attempts to suppress Peter, also another clue. His infatuation with a clean public persona also was a clue.

The mega spoiler is the rumor floated by the creators that Claire’s bio-dad is someone working with H.R.G. This means, Nathan is in league with H.R.G. if a real spoiler rather than misdirection.

Hiro wraps up his family "distractions" - Mr. Sulu, George Takai, aka Mr. Nakamura, and sister Kimiko, as the word "distractions" flashed on the screen (captured above, thanks Heroes-Wiki). Hiro’s dad is chairman of Yagamoto Industries, a conglomerate and is training Hiro from the ground up in business. Hiro's destiny awaits his return to Japan.

The big reveal is Kimiko, Hiro’s sister, and Ando is in looooooooooove with Kimiko. Did you notice he put on cologne to meet her? It turns out Mr. Nakamura cannot lure Hiro back and returns with Kimiko installed as his new heir, and Ando longing.

The spoiler is we have not seen the last of Kimiko, and expect more of her (and Ando) in Heroes Season 2 - unless her contract is not renewed ;) .

Jessica/Nikki the dual personality finally busts loose. Turns out elephant restraints cannot hold a Heroes superhero like Jessica. She breaks them like confetti and tasers the psychiatrist. Interestingly, Nikki/Jessica faints afterwards and is subdued. Sinister, and unseen Linderman doctors the evidence and she is exonerated of the murders, so she is freed by Linderman’s lawyer. Now she is owned by him. The spoiler for next week is that Linderman turns Jessica out as an assassin, and Jessica suppresses her good Nikki persona.

Claude Raines, the invisible man, has had his superpower for 15 years. He trained other Heroes, possibly Nathan. It seems the older Heroes heroes know or were associated with each other at one time. Claude knows H.R.G., and possibly Nathan. The Heroes spoiler for Chapter 15 of season 1 of the Heroes series (next week) is that H.R.G. thought Claude was dead, and teams up with Isaac to track him.

Claude is training Peter to retain his powers one at a time – first by clearing his head of negative attachments. He does that by trailing Simone, Peter’s present and Isaac’s former girlfriend. They track her to Isaac’s roof, where of course he sees, but does not hear Simone’s conversation with Isaac.

Peter misinterprets Simone’s embrace with Isaac as further infidelity, and finally is cleared of his attachments. Devilish Claude subscribes to the “sink-or-swim” school of Heroes superpower training, and pushes poor Peter off Isaac’s three-hundred foot tall building. Claude fully expects Peter will kick in brother Nathan’s Heroes flying superpower to save himself. Instead, Peter falls and falls and falls, and smashes into a taxicab – predicted by Isaac. No flying power! But Claire’s healing power kicks in just in time and Peter heals himself from the plunge.

Peter learns he can hold on to Heroes superpowers, by remembering the feeling they gave him and the person who donated them. He still needs to increase his sponge, i.e. retention ability.

Now, the creepy scene of the night, features Sylar in his Primatech Paper suit. He meets Mrs. Bennett and cute Mr. Muggles the dog. Mrs. Bennett teases us with H.R.G.’s still unknown name, and classically, Mr. Muggles’ chewing on Sylar’s shoelaces elicits a reprimand, rather than the name. Just as Sylar is about to kill Mrs. Bennett, the ever ambiguous H.R.G. arrives and shoots Sylar. I do not see how a gun can kill superhero Sylar, much less the Haitian who H.R.G. sends after him.

As usual, H.R.G. orders the Haitian to wipe Mrs. Bennett's memories … for the hundredth time leaving her a vacant Stepford wife. A faint wiff of memory remains, so the spoiler may turn out to be Mrs. Bennett.

The preview spoilers showed Mohinder unwittingly teaming up with Sylar, his dad's murderer. Although Mohinder knows the name "Sylar", he doesn't know the face and Sylar uses a false identity.

Claire Spoilers for Distractions and Heroes Previews

    Heroes Spoilers ahead...

The upcoming Distractions episode of Heroes has a number of themes discussed in our earlier spoilers post.

One spoiler theme of course is "Meet the Parents", or more correctly, let's explore Claire the indestructible cheerleader's biological past. Claire has been naturally curious about her bio-parents. Whenever she or her adoptive Mom got too close in the past, controlling daddy H.R.G. (Mr. Bennett) arranged those brain cells to be erased by the Haitian mind-eraser. Now, Claire has broken out and is about to find out. The spoiler is that in Distractions, she meets her birth mother, played by Nip/Tuck's Jessalyn Gilsig. The meeting is shown in the first of the spoiler preview videos below.

In true Heroes fashion, the plot thickens when that happens, as TV Guide states. This will be a major theme of the February sweeps period, promises series creator Tim Kring, "a really big shocker. ... "We'll see the inciting incident that allowed him [H.R.G.] to gain possession of her."

There are a lot more spoiler clips floating around the Internet now. Here are the ones we found:

  • Sylar escapes from Primatech Paper leaving H.R.G. (Claire's adoptive father in his cell. H.R.G. seems genuinely scared ... Oh, he lives by the way.

  • Isaac the future painter and Simone.

  • Nikki/Jessica in Psychotherapy - about to get loose

  • Peter in training from Claude Rains, the invisible man

  • Heroes Preview trailer, showing Sylar at Claire's home threatening to murder Mrs. Bennett

Heroes Spoilers Chapter 14 - "Distractions"

As I said in my spoiler post yesterday, here is my Heroes spoilers blog for the next episode of Heroes - Season 1, Episode 14, which is called "Distractions". As usual, lots of spoilers here blah blah so if you want to remain in suspense until the broadcast, stop reading now ...

Distractions is a family relationships episode. Hiro's complicated relationship with his mega-billionaire father Sulu, er Mr. Nakamura, and his corporate climbing sister will be explored. Also H.R.G.'s (Mr. Bennett) deceptive relationship with his wife and of course healing daughter Claire will be explored.

Heroes' Hiro and his relationship with his father and sister spoilers: George Takei (who plays Mr. Nakamura aka Sulu) gave a candid interview in TV Guide, which if believed provides a lot of Hiro's family backstory. It turns out little cheerful Hiro is among the richest people in the entire world, his Dad arriving last week in a new $400,000 Bentley. What? you might ask. Hiro the faceless company man in the cubicle is rich. Yes indeed. His Dad, believes in training his children into the company from the bottom up. Learn humility and skill in the Japanese way. So, Sulu ... Mr. Nakamura cannot tolerate the risk of his son wondering around in danger in America. He wants Hiro home secure with his bodyguards. After all there are evil people in the world who might seek to gain ransom from a rich man using his wayward son Hiro

Now, what does this have to do with a magic samurai sword spoiler, which Hiro seeks to regain his Heroes hero status? Hiro Nakamura it turns out is the descendant of a long line of Shogun aristocracy. What is one of their family relics... a samurai sword of course! Back to Linderman.

As for the Bennett dysfunctional family unit: H.R.G. has been living a lie for years. His wife Mrs. Bennett has discovered on numerous occasions Claire's power, as well as H.R.G.'s sinister alter ego. Even worse, she learned of the true circumstances of Claire's adoption. Ever wonder why she has an unnaturally vacuous look? That's because she has been subjected to the Haitien's mind erasing every time she remembers or discovers anything. Ambiguous H.R.G. will do anything to keep her and Claire clueless. However, the Haitien's mind-erasing power is not like a precision guided smart bomb taking out a terrorist cell. Nope, the repeated erasures on Mrs. Bennett have wiped out a lot of innocent brain cells, to the point she almost is a Stepford Wife.

The big Distractions Heroes spoiler is that it all falls apart for H.R.G. Sylar is on the loose and out to wreak havoc with H.R.G. ... and of course eat Claire the cheerleader daughter's brain. Sylar takes H.R.G.'s ID, puts on a Primatech Paper suit and off he goes to H.R.G.'s home, leaving H.R.G. helpless in a cell in basement of Primatech Paper. Can you hear the Heroes web game creeping up? Also, Claire's adoptive Mother finally gets clued in, interestingly by Sylar. Does she survive the Sylar encounter? Our bet is yes, since again, she has no Heroes super power to offer him.

Anyone wondering if Sylar gets re-captured? The answer is no. The Heroes spoilers picture above is a publicity photo of Sylar still on the loose in Heroes Episode 15 (two weeks)! Thanks Just Jared.

Claire's biological father also will be revealed, and he has some kind of power too. Like father like daughter.

Then of course there is the renowned dysfunctional family unit of Nikki / Jessica - the good / bad dual personality mom, D.L. the fugitive dad who can walk through walls, and of course Micah, with the Heroes cash machine superpower - the breadwinner child. Nikki goes in for more analysis by the jail psychiatrist, who of course demands to speak with Jessica, without handcuffs. So Jessica is provide with an opportunity to get loose.

Here is the "official" word from NBC.com. As usual, an tantalizingly vague episode summary is provided, with some nice spoilers mixed in. Take this summary, and spoiler in general, with a grain of salt, and for the fun they are.

The title refers to the dysfunctional family spoiler - y aspect of the episode: "With Their New Paths Becoming Clearer, Some 'Heroes' Family Relationships Are Driven Apart".

Then they go into the episode teaser spoilers:

Hiro struggles to make his father (guest star George Takei), a corporate tycoon, and ambitious sister (guest star Saemi Nakamura) understand his new heroic path in life. Niki has a chance to be with D.L. and Micah again, but will she really be with them? Claude (guest star Chris Eccleston) attempts to teach Peter to harness his abilities, but the process could shatter Peter's faith in those closest to him. Determined to find her birth mother (guest star Jessalyn Gilsig), Claire makes her way to a trailer park in Texas.

The trailer park is home for Claire's biological mom. Will Claire find her bio dad? Not in this episode.

Meanwhile, Sylar makes a shocking move against H.R.G. -- and his family.

He will not manage to kill Claire the healer though.

Heroes Chapter 14 Spoilers Update - "Distractions"

This is a little update on the spoilers for the upcoming episode of Heroes, which is called "Distractions". I will be posting the full spoilers post for this episode with some all new items I've learned tomorrow.

Here are a few: Sylar, Heroes' resident serial killer dispenses with H.R.G. and heads home in a Primatech Paper suit to visit Claire, or more correctly eat her brain. He has some Sylar fun with mom. Not sure if H.R.G. survives but we are 100% certain someone dies in one of the February episodes.

Interestingly, the Canadian preview was somewhat different from what was shown by NBC in the United States. Some more emphasis on Nikki/Jessica, and insight into how she gets loose. Here it is from YouTube:

Oh, and here are some general Season 1 and Season 2 spoilers from the mouth of creator Tim Kring, who knows what he is talking about ... or is giving out misdirection ;) Tim would like to see Sylar stick around.... So rumors were that Zach Quinto (Sylar) is on a one-season contract, and this means they may be negotiating renewal. Time will tell. As for the theme of whether New York blows up in the season finale, that storyline will be concluded, so we will know whether the catastrophe successfully is avoided. However the season-ending cliffhanger will concern whether certain characters survive.

    Matt and Claire Spoilers

The Heroes spoilers are rolling in to Heroes TV Show Spoilers central now that we are getting some buzz.

Buzz? Like a cute bumble bee buzz?

Not what we had in mind, but that buzz is for another day…stay tuned.

As for the spoilers, they will keep rolling out of the inner sanctum to hype the January 22 mid-season Heroes premiere. As soon as we fully interrogate and vet each spoiler we will post them here ... keep checking. After all we need to maintain our track record of 100% accuracy. Seriously, not, our hit rate is not looking around 99.9%. How’s that for innovative grammar ? ;)

Without further introduction, here are the new spoilers:

If she had not yet figured it out, Matt's wife finally gets clued in as he confirms all her suspicions that there is something going on in his head. More correctly in her head since it's Matt who is there reading her mind at will. All those secrets she has really are not. She’s been bad and he knows it but also has guilt.

Claire, daughter of HRG (Mr. Horn-Rimmed-Glasses), of course spends some real quality time with the mind erasing "Haitian" superhero. Finally she blurts out she wants to meet Peter Petrelli. Why is that? Well Peter the power sponge is the key, and Claire needs to save the world. As loyal readers of the Heroes TV Show Spoilers blog already know, "Save the cheerleader .. Save the world" means a lot more than just saving Claire’s life. It means saving her Heroes memories. HER superpowers are needed to help save the world – and she needs to be kept safe from rampaging Sylar on the loose. Getting close to power sponge Peter Petrelli is a key, so he can use her healing powers, and at the necessary time Ted the radioactive guy's radiation. And Voila, world is saved! Or maybe destroyed if the dream is really what it seemed to be – which we doubt.
