Heroes Season 1, Episode 16 is "Unexpected", and unexpectedly Unexpected (phewwwww) continues the theme of Running. The older Heroes superheroes need to Run from something. Claude is running, as he has been for 15 years. Claire's bio mom Meridith Gordon is running back into hiding as she has been for 15 years. Now the younger generation of Heroes is getting active and that is leading the evil force to the older generation. Claire found out Meridith the firestarter. And Peter found out invisible Claude.

Nathan and Claire Spoilers for Heroes "Run", and Previews

We found a few new clips for the upcoming episode of Heroes, "Run".

The first set focuses on Nathan Heroes spoilers: Nathan deals with the stunning phone call from Meridith, Claire's bio mom revealing that Claire has appeared from nowhere, back into their lives. His campaign advisor Angela is urging him to stay clear of Claire. The not shown spoiler is, he does not. Also, Linderman now is involved in a public scandal. Nathan does offer Meridith and Claire hush money, $50,000, but Claire resists the offer. Here is one of the previews...




Matt, Jessica and Claire Heroes Spoilers: The new Heroes promo slogan from NBC is that someone dies - and someone flies ;) this month. What are new Heroes spoilers are some glimpses of Matt the mind reader pointing his gun at Jessica/Nikki, and then of course Matt taking an involuntary flying leap out a window. Claire finally confronts her adpotive dad H.R.G. and he serves up his reasonable explanation... he only wanted to protect his family. Ever ambiguous H.R.G.

This is a 5-minute preview of "The Fix" episode of Heroes, to be broadcast January 29. A lot of spoilers on the episode.

Heroes 2006 Season 1 Schedule

In total there will be 23 episodes, one more than the expected 22 episodes. Rumour has it that the ratings expectations are so high that NBC decided to fund another. A treat for Heroes fans.

NBC will start Heroes up again on January 22, 2007, with seven straight episodes. Then there will be a 5-week mini-hiatus in April, followed by the remaining 5 episodes of Heroes’ rousing season 1. There is a lot of speculation that by the end of the season, Heroes will have become the highest rated recurring series on television, even surpassing Desperate Housewives. Time will tell on that.

Dead Heroes

Here is the obvious. If you've been following Heroes you know that the characters on a daily basis face life-threatening circumstances. So it's no surprise that we have on authoritative word, another hero will die by the end of season 1. Now why call such an obvious revelation a spoiler? I dunno. It's just slow spoiler season until January so I thought I'd do a pre-New Year's post!

Let's play "follow the money" to see the future of Heroes ...

Ok, NBC has all the inside data and demographics on Heroes viewers. They churn it through the giant supercomputer at 30 Rock out comes the result: write big checks for 10000 t-shirts at NFL football games and 3,000,000 DVDs shipped to Netflix customers.

Peering through the Heroes Spoilers blog official crystal ball we see: big network commitment to Season 2 or at least the rest of Season 1!
